Running a secure DePIN testnet for hardware nodes and token incentives

Total Value Locked, or TVL, measures the dollar value of assets committed to a protocol and is often used as a shorthand for usage and trust. Market volatility amplifies custody risk. Risk controls must be strict and automated, including hard position limits, time-weighted exit triggers, per-symbol liquidity caps, and circuit breakers tied to exchange health signals. Doing so turns raw supply numbers from alarm bells into interpretable signals that can guide liquidity provisioning, timing of trades, and long-term allocation decisions.
